Greene King have announced plans to acquire 7 Scottish pubs from the Mitchells & Butlers group.

The £12.7 million deal is expected to be completed on December 8th 2009 and will bolster the position Greene King already hold in Scotland. The venues will be managed under the Belhaven umbrella.
